How we process personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.

We may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, enquiry details and correspondence when you contact us. We may also receive technical and usage information through analytics and essential website technologies.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver requested services, operate and improve the website, protect our systems, meet legal duties, keep appropriate business records and, where lawful, send relevant marketing communications.
Lawful processing and marketing
Processing is based on consent, steps requested before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement, legal obligations or legitimate interests recognised by POPIA. You may opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided or emailing the Information Officer.
Sharing and international processing
We may share limited information with trusted hosting, email, analytics, professional and technology providers that help us operate. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to use suitable contractual, organisational and security safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential storage and analytics technologies to remember preferences, understand visits, diagnose problems and improve performance. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some functions may then work differently.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably required for its purpose, contractual duties, dispute resolution and legal recordkeeping. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your POPIA rights
You may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, request deletion where legally appropriate, or complain to the Information Regulator. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
