These terms govern access to and use of the Conneqt Studio website.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These website terms do not replace the separate agreement that applies when you appoint us to perform services.
Permitted use
You may browse, link to and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business use. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person, or use its content unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The website, logo, writing, visual design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Conneqt Studio. No rights are transferred to you. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires prior written permission unless South African law permits otherwise.
Messages and proposals
A website enquiry does not create a client relationship or bind either party. Services, scope, timing, fees and ownership of commissioned work are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Invoices, estimates, payment and ownership of work
Every estimate issued by Conneqt Studio is valid for 30 calendar days from its estimate date, after which it expires unless Conneqt Studio confirms an extension in writing. Acceptance after expiry may require revised pricing, scope or timing. Invoices are payable in full by the due date stated on them. The client remains liable for all invoiced amounts until paid in cleared funds. All work, designs, code, copy and deliverables remain the property of Conneqt Studio until fully paid, and no right to use, publish or modify them passes before then; unpaid work may be withheld, suspended or taken offline. Accounts unpaid more than 20 days after the due date are in arrears and attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by South African law from the due date until payment. Reasonable collection and legal costs are recoverable from the client to the extent the law allows.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or misuse. We may update these terms by publishing the revised version and effective date on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under law.
