By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These website terms do not replace the separate agreement that applies when you appoint us to perform services.
Permitted use
You may browse, link to and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business use. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person, or use its content unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The website, logo, writing, visual design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Van den Berg Media Holdings (Pty) Ltd. No rights are transferred to you. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires prior written permission unless South African law permits otherwise.
Messages and proposals
A website enquiry does not create a client relationship or bind either party. Services, scope, timing, fees and ownership of commissioned work are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or misuse. We may update these terms by publishing the revised version and effective date on this page.
Governing law
